We want to get to know you, your vehicle, and your needs up front, answer your questions, and provide you with an accurate estimate on the spot.

An experienced appraiser will greet upon your first visit. While the appraiser examines your car, you may ask any questions regarding the repairs.   

Your appraiser will present you with a computer-generated estimate for the repair and will discuss with you how your insurance company handles claims as well schedule a time for the repairs.  We work with most insurance companies.  In many cases, we offer Direct Repair Procedures (DRP)—meaning we are a “preferred   provider” similar to a PPO physician.  We pride ourselves on  understanding the different procedures each insurance company uses to  process its claims. 

Unparalleled Service :

Repairs begin when it’s convenient for you. We can begin work quickly.  Our appraiser will provide you with a timeframe for  the delivery of your vehicle and you can check the status of your repair by phone or by e-mail. 

We will call you when your vehicle is ready for pick-up.
